The memorial gift is mailed to you in a package ready for delivery to the family.  Information and a form are enclosed should they wish to order additional memorials.  We respect your families' privacy and will not call or contact them ourselves, but we ask that you give them our re-order form, which is essential to our business.  THE INITIAL MEMORIAL FOR ANY DECEDENT IS FREE; you pay only for the shipping.
